Production method:
The red is macerated for only 2 days in temperature controlled conditions
with constant programmed ¨remontages¨. Both wines are cold-stabilized
at -4ºC for 4 days, before bottling. The white is cold fermented to capture
maximum aromas from the fruit. Before bottling the wine is microbiologically
filtered.
Tasting comments:
- Red: The wine has
an open, soft berry fruit nose, with good weight and a long, satisfying
finish.
- White: The wine
has an open, tropical fruit nose, a fresh taste, with good acidity and
a refreshing finish.
Other comments:
As young wines they should be drunk within 1 year of purchase in order
to appreciate their freshness and aroma.
