RED Technical Information: Alcohol Content: 12,5% Vol. Region: Wine from the Tierra de Castilla Region Production Method : This wine is made using grape juices fermented with the grape skin at a controlled temperature of 30°C. The wines are turned daily during the fermentation process so that the varietal aromas so typical of Tempranillo grapes are properly extracted. These tannins and colour will then give the wine its character. Once the fermentation and maceration processes are complete, the wine will be aged in American oak barrels for at least 6 months and this process will be followed by bottling. Organoleptic Description: Intense ruby red colour with a touch of violet indicating a lengthy maceration of the grape skin in the grape juice. A strong and intense aroma reminiscent of the red fruits flavour typical of the Tempranillo variety - the quality Spanish grape par excellence. Comments: An excellent oak-aged wine, full bodied and flavourful which should be drunk within the first five years to fully appreciate its magnificence. Serving Temperature : 18 ºC.
