RED Technical Information: Year: 2001. Alcohol Content: 13.15% Vol. Region: Wine from the "Tierra de Castilla" region Grape Variety: Tempranillo Sugar Content: 2 g/l Production Method: This wine was made using grape juices fermented with the grape skin at a controlled temperature of 30ºC. During the fermentation process, the wine is moved daily so as to properly extract the varietal aromas that are typical of Tempranillo grapes. These tannins and colour will then give the wine its character. Once the fermentation and maceration processes are complete, it is bottled. Organoleptic Description: Intense ruby-red colored wine that denotes a lengthy maceration** of the grape skin in the grape juice. A potent aroma which reminds us of the red fruit that is typical of the Tempranillo variety. Remarks: An excellent, flavorful, young wine that should preferably be consumed during its youth in order to appreciate all of its freshness.
